Terms and Conditions

We provide general information and facilitate an introduction to a registered liquidation practitioner. Nothing on this site constitutes personal financial, legal, or accounting advice. Any advice you receive on the three-way consultation call comes from the registered practitioner, not from us.

Referral relationship and fees.

We do not charge you for the initial consultation or referral. We may receive a flat introduction fee from the practitioner's firm, which is not contingent on the outcome of your matter and does not affect the advice you receive.

No guarantee of outcome.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a referral, consultation, or liquidation/restructuring process.

Governing law.

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
